Job Description

Join Millennium Group as an Academic Coordinator in Kochi. Provide training in curriculum implementation, conduct center visits for operational support, and ensure high standards of quality at the centers.

Responsibilities

Provide training in curriculum implementation
Conduct center visits for operational support
Conduct regular Academic audits for the centers
Orientation programs for parents and teachers
Ensure high standards of quality at the centers
Mentoring of all centers in the assigned territory
Regular teacher and CLO trainings for assigned centers
Maintain centers as per LMEPL norms

Qualifications

Excellent command over English
Familiarity with the preschool industry
Preschool Franchising knowledge is an added advantage
Comfortable with traveling for 15 days in a month
Well versed with early childhood curriculum
