Job Description

The Area General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the seamless day-to-day operations, financial performance, guest experience, team leadership, sales & marketing support, compliance & risk management, and strategic planning & expansion across all properties within the assigned area.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, and service quality benchmarks
Drive revenue growth and monitor P&L performance
Enhance guest satisfaction and service quality
Lead, motivate, and mentor team members
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams for increased occupancy and brand visibility
Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and brand requirements
Contribute to regional growth strategies and new business opportunities

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management
Strong financial acumen and analytical skills
