Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Keller Williams Realty, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, supporting real estate transactions, overseeing daily operations, and leading a team of real estate agents.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Delhi NCR
  • Implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth
  • Oversee client communication and maintain a high standard of customer service
  • Monitor regional real estate trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare and present reports on lead generation and sales activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in pre-sales, sales support, or lead generation
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
