Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Development Engineer to collaborate with stakeholders, design solutions, and enhance software applications. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and experience in system design and architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to support changing business processes and policies.
  • Prioritize projects, improve customer experiences, and ensure the right outcomes.
  • Design and implement solutions for new features, configurations, and process automation.
  • Participate in stand-ups, task planning, code reviews, and configuration/coding tasks.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in system design/architecture.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
