Job Description

The Holiday Packages Operations Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of holiday packages operations, from destination management to post-trip follow-up. They will ensure a seamless experience for clients by handling supplier relations, logistical coordination, and crisis management.

Responsibilities

Manage relationships with local suppliers, tour operators, and destinations
Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
Coordinate all logistics related to holiday packages
Proactively identify and manage crisis situations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Maintain accurate records and analyze operational data
Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
5+ years of experience in operations or destination management
Strong knowledge of holiday packages, logistics, and supplier management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in data management and relevant software tools
Customer-centric mindset with a passion for high-quality service
