Job Description

The Holiday Packages Operations Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of holiday packages operations, from destination management to post-trip follow-up. They will ensure a seamless experience for clients by handling supplier relations, logistical coordination, and crisis management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with local suppliers, tour operators, and destinations
  • Build strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts
  • Coordinate all logistics related to holiday packages
  • Proactively identify and manage crisis situations
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Maintain accurate records and analyze operational data
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in operations or destination management
  • Strong knowledge of holiday packages, logistics, and supplier management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in data management and relevant software tools
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for high-quality service
