Job Description

Join Micron Technology as a QRA SSD RMA Failure Analysis Engineer to work on SSD product quality and warranty process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and provide FA results.

Responsibilities

Perform Electrical & Mechanical Verification FA on SSD Customer Returns
Provide FA Reports to External Customers
Manage Escalations Communication of RMA cases to Internal Teams
Maintain & Develop Knowledge of FA Capabilities
Setup & maintain the of debug system for DOE and error duplication
Serve as SSD Interface for external customer facing team
Support periodical KPI & Pareto Charts

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree Electronics Engineering or related field
Competent in Failure Analysis/ System Test
Experience in Storage Industry, Customer Interface desired
Good understanding of NAND flash memory function and SSD storage
Computer hardware knowledge (PCIE, SATA, Bus Tracer)
Excellent time and project management skills
