Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
Stay updated with hardware technology trends.
Prepare and present technical documentation to stakeholders.

Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field with 8-10 years of experience.
Experience in hardware design and development.
Strong understanding of system architecture.
Proficiency in hardware design tools and software.
Knowledge of NAND flash memory technology and SSD controller design.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
