Job Description

We are seeking a Head of Civil Engineering to oversee planning, organizing, and executing civil projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and people management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with user departments to gather civil project requirements
Prepare and oversee annual project plans
Allocate resources and track budgets
Develop and execute annual maintenance plans
Manage vendor selection and oversee drawings for new constructions
Collaborate on new plant layouts and seek regulatory approvals
Monitor project progress using CPM/PERT techniques
Address user issues and guide the team on maintenance
Enforce safety guidelines and conduct site inspections
Develop team capabilities through coaching and recruitment

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven experience in civil project management
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to troubleshoot and analyze maintenance issues
