Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to introduce properties and services.
  • Effectively present and promote real estate offerings to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide valuable insights.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals successfully.
  • Conduct follow-up activities with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in real estate or hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
