Job Description

Lead end-to-end retail fit-out projects under the Branding team to create inspiring offline spaces that reflect our brand identity, ensuring timely and within budget delivery.

Responsibilities

Drive store developments from site survey to handover
Collaborate with Branding to create immersive in-store experiences
Coordinate with various departments to meet business objectives
Manage civil, MEP & interior vendors to ensure quality and safety standards
Monitor budgets and timelines

Qualifications

10 years experience in retail store planning and fit-out management
Expertise in BOQ creation, costing, budgeting, HVAC/MEP, and design execution
Ability to translate brand concepts into physical retail environments
Strong stakeholder management skills and proficiency in project tracking tools
Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent preferred
