Job Description

The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will be responsible for managing client accounts, understanding their hiring needs, and ensuring effective delivery of recruitment services. This role demands strong client engagement, follow-up, and coordination capabilities, along with a sharp focus on candidate management, data tracking, and recruitment operations.

Responsibilities

  • Understand revenue targets by client and align internal efforts accordingly.
  • Conduct periodic client visits to nurture relationships and improve service delivery.
  • Represent the organization in discussions involving challenging client expectations.
  • Brief internal operations teams on new client requirements.
  • Verify CVs and submit them to clients as per the requirement.
  • Drive candidate engagement for at least 3 niche positions weekly.

Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Management, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment firms, RPOs, or client-facing roles within the HR domain.
