Job Description

Seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead a team in driving sales and targets for Home Loan products in New Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, relationship management abilities, and a proven track record in the sales domain.

Responsibilities

  • Strategize and achieve sales targets through executives by breaking down annual targets
  • Lead, mentor, develop, and handle activities of team leaders within the city assignment
  • Ensure coordination with Vertical Heads/National Head for effective communication
  • Review and validate current Sales process & methodologies to enhance effectiveness
  • Build and maintain key relationships across businesses and products

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in Home Loan sales
  • Strong relationship management and channel management skills
  • Deep understanding of credit underwriting standards and market practices
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-oriented environment and manage sales and compliance simultaneously
