Job Description

Join MSCI as an Index Client Services Associate to provide primary support for clients using MSCI Index products and tools. Work with a global team to ensure client satisfaction and understanding of MSCI benchmark products.

Responsibilities

Gain a deep understanding of MSCI index construction methodologies
Assist global clients via phone and email by answering detailed questions on products and methodology
Provide trainings on product usage and tools
Work with internal departments to manage client requests
Conduct service reviews with clients and provide feedback to various teams

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance
3-5 years of experience in client relationship management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Understanding of capital markets and investment products
