Join Version 1, a leading technology services provider, as a Tech Lead - Principal. Lead the Java capability and oversee the growth and management of Java/Open Source roles in India.

Responsibilities

Lead the Java capability, building unity and standardization.
Organize and lead knowledge sharing and standardization efforts.
Drive adoption of best practices across Version 1.
Identify and address training needs.
Oversee all Java/Open Source roles in India.
Manage growth plans and ensure capacity meets demands.
Collaborate with UKDDC Java/Open Source practice lead for resource allocation and rotation.
Develop best practices, checklists, coding standards, and more.
Participate in presales initiatives and engineering reviews.
Act as the escalation point for Java/Open Source deliveries from India.

Qualifications

6+ years of development experience with team lead experience.
Expert in Open-Source languages (Java).
Experience in CI/CD tool chains and Microservices design.
Proficiency in web development and cloud computing platforms.
Strong commitment to code quality and technical skills.
