The Leadership Trainer is responsible for driving company values and philosophy through training and development activities that are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision. They work with property leadership teams to address employee and organizational development needs, ensuring effective training is in place to achieve desired business results.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and inform employees about training programs
  • Administer employee training programs
  • Evaluate training program effectiveness
  • Develop training program plans and budgets
  • Manage training budgets

Qualifications

  • 2-year degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field with 2 years of experience as a certified trainer OR
  • 4-year degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field as a certified trainer with no work experience required
