Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Key Accounts Operations Specialist with 2+ years of experience to manage invoice tracking, payment follow-ups, and consumption validation. This role involves coordinating between Finance and Business teams for timely invoicing, accurate financial records, and client communication.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely invoice generation and delivery to customers.
  • Track unbilled consumption and collaborate with internal teams to prevent delays.
  • Verify Count Confirmations/POs before invoicing.
  • Follow up with clients on pending payments and maintain a tracking system.
  • Accurately bill previous month's consumption and validate count logs.
  • Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payments, and discrepancies.
  • Act as a liaison between Finance, Business, and Legal teams to streamline billing.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial data.

  • Proficiency with billing software, Excel, and CRM tools.
