Job Description

We are looking for a Back Office Executive to handle various administrative tasks and ensure smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
  • Enter, verify, and process data accurately.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
  • Handle emails, calls, and internal communication.
  • Assist in preparing documents, agreements, and reports.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in invoice processing, billing, and payment tracking.
  • Maintain financial records and support the accounting team
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
  • Assist in payroll processing and documentation.
  • Support recruitment by managing job postings and resumes
  • Ensure company policies and legal compliance are met.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any field.
  • 0 to 1 Year of experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Good knowledge in excel .
