Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Operations Manager to oversee fleet management, shipment planning, and warehouse dispatch operations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor fleet movement and vehicle maintenance
Plan daily dispatches and track shipment status
Oversee loading and unloading operations
Generate invoices and dispatch orders accurately
Arrange transportation and ensure smooth product delivery
Maintain and update MIS reports for multiple clients
Conduct regular audits of client inventory
Coordinate with warehouse staff, transporters, and internal teams

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in logistics and operations management
Strong hands-on experience in fleet and shipment management
Proficiency in preparing MIS reports and analyzing logistics performance
Knowledge of freight cost structures and client servicing
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Excel and logistics/warehouse management systems
