Join Praxis Services, a leading Business Process Management company specializing in Hotel Reservation Sales. As a Senior Reservation Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive experience for guests, travel agencies, and corporates.

Responsibilities

Engage with guests, travel agencies, and corporates via telephone or email to provide information on hotel services
Utilize Hotel Reservation Systems and CRM tools for personalized selling
Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue
Handle guest grievances and escalations

Qualifications

Natural tendency to help people and willingness to learn
Effective communication skills in English
Strong sales skills
Computer proficiency and organizational abilities
Graduation in any stream, Hotel Management preferred
