Responsibilities

Configure deployment profile in Intune and JAMF
Migrate devices from On-premises to cloud
Provide excellent customer service to resolve device configuration-related issues
Handle tickets efficiently

Qualifications

3-5 years of overall experience with 3+ years in device management
Experience in Intune, Jamf, and Application Packaging
Good communication skills and computer proficiency
Knowledge of Endpoint privilege management and device security controls
