Looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage our dynamic sales team in the Interior Design industry.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Sales Managers and Executives
Develop and execute sales strategies
Monitor team performance and provide coaching
Collaborate with Sales Design team
Oversee client engagement and satisfaction
Identify process improvements
Support in hiring and training future sales leaders

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred)
Proven track record in team management and B2C sales
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
Experience in interior design or real estate is an advantage
