Job Description

Bella Designs is looking for a Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives, collaborate with the design team, and achieve sales targets in the interior design industry.

Responsibilities

Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to achieve goals.
Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
Work closely with the Design Team for project management.
Gather and analyse customer feedback.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3-5 years of sales experience in interior design or related industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Suite.
