Develop and lead the design process for diverse residential and commercial projects.
Conduct client meetings to thoroughly understand their objectives, style preferences, and project requirements.
Liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and execution of designs.
Create compelling presentations, including 3D renderings and technical drawings, to convey design concepts.
Generate detailed project quotes and manage the end-to-end design process, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, materials, and innovations, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to every project.
Assist the sales team in closing sales by providing design insights and support during client interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio showcasing residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Microsoft Office.
Strong creative vision and the ability to think outside the box.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
