Job Description

Join our team as an Associate Relationship Manager in the Rural Banking department. You will be responsible for starting Personal Loan services in the Rural Market and sourcing the product.

Responsibilities

  • Identifying business owners/entrepreneurs and assessing their business loan needs
  • Mapping out prospects in the town to evaluate business potential
  • Disbursing Personal loans based on needs assessment
  • Conducting end-use checks post disbursal of loans
  • Achieving monthly and annual loan booking targets
  • Cross-selling products and services to new and existing customers
  • Contributing to the penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets

Qualifications

  • Graduation in BA/BCom/BBA/BSc/BTech/BE or any other graduate
  • 0 to 2 years of relevant branch banking experience
