Job Description

Influetech Engineering is seeking a Site Engineer to join our team and manage the technical aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction work, ensuring project specifications are met, and maintaining quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organize construction work
  • Supervise and direct site personnel
  • Ensure project specifications are met
  • Monitor progress and ensure project stays on schedule
  • Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors
  • Conduct quality control checks and inspect completed work
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Resolve technical problems and provide solutions
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role
  • Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to work on construction sites, sometimes in challenging conditions
