Leverage technical expertise to assist clients in using ICE Mortgage Technology software solutions
Resolve problems in a timely manner with minimal assistance for 85% of all cases assigned
Drive service level attainment to departmental standards
Recognize and respond accordingly to systemic customer-impacting problems
Participate in product defect/enhancement closed loop process
Understand and follow company guidelines for customer interaction
Manage case backlog and drive resolution using available resources
Thoroughly document client interactions in CRM system
3 years' experience in customer-facing technical support or 1 year experience with a bachelor's degree
Competency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office products, Windows Desktop, Windows Registry
Strong customer soft skills and ability to multitask
Experience in a SaaS environment and network troubleshooting tools
Excellent decision-making and communication skills
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
