Lead strategic talent acquisition across all business units. Maintain org charts and manpower maps. Own succession planning and internal talent strategy. Build ecosystem partnerships and enhance employer brand. Optimize hiring metrics and compliance.
7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition and org design. Must have financial services or startup background. Strong founder-experience preferred. Excellent communication, autonomy, and outcome-driven mindset required.
Total Annual Compensation: INR 37,50,000. Fixed Salary: INR 32,00,000. Retention Bonus: INR 3,00,000. ESOPs: INR 2,50,000 (vesting: 10%/20%/30%/40%).
