Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Process Executive with experience in Workday (HCM) Payroll and Procure to Pay-Payroll Finance & Accounting. Strong English language skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end Procure to Pay process for timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Support implementation and maintenance of Workday Payroll systems.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve payroll-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and data integrity.
  • Conduct audits and analyze reports for process improvements.
  • Assist in payroll-related training programs.
  • Support finance team in month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide resolutions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay updated with payroll regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of Workday (HCM) Payroll experience.
  • Expertise in Procure to Pay-Payroll Finance & Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English language skills.
