Job Description

Cognizant is seeking a Java Selenium Automation Test Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java Selenium, BDD Cucumber Framework, and API Automation testing.

Responsibilities

Develop, design, and build test automation frameworks using Java Selenium
Build Scenarios with BDD frameworks like Cucumber
Conduct Java API testing and Automation using tools like PostMan, RestAssured
Lead and mentor a team of Quality engineers
Define and report Quality Engineering metrics

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Java Selenium automation testing
Strong coding experience in Java
Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber, Specflow
Strong Java API testing/Automation skills
Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, Cypress
