Job Description

The Senior Collections Representative - Denial Management is responsible for managing accounts receivable in the healthcare revenue cycle operations. The role involves analyzing and resolving issues related to claim payments, coordinating with payers, patients, and clients, and recommending solutions to improve denial rates.

Responsibilities

Review outstanding insurance balances and resolve issues
Analyze data and recommend solutions for improving denial rates
Ensure completion of workflow items within set timelines
Analyze EOBs and denials at a claim level for process improvements
Handle complex and escalated claims within the US Healthcare RCM process

Qualifications

Graduate with 3+ years experience in healthcare accounts receivable
Knowledge of medical insurance and various applications
Proficiency in MS Office software
Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations
