This role involves providing observability and monitoring support to application teams, focusing on infrastructure, system, and application monitoring using industry standard tools. The position includes analyzing client monitoring requirements, developing automation solutions, and integrating specialty knowledge with industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Act as Observability & Monitoring SME to Application teams and team members.
  • Specialist in all monitoring tools for application/infrastructure/log monitoring.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders for incident prevention and self-healing.
  • Develop technical support documentation and drive positive impact on the business.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and self-healing capabilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience with containerization and log monitoring tools like ELK/Splunk.
