Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
Review invoices and verify coding
Monitor payable workflow in AP automation system
Prepare monthly AP reconciliations
Maintain vendor records and documents
Adhere to internal controls and accounting processes
Provide accounting and clerical support as needed

Qualifications

Minimum 6 years experience in AP
High integrity and dependability
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask
Working knowledge of ERP systems
