Job Description

Join SitusAMC as an Accounting Team Leader to assist with month-end and year-end close processes, prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and drive changes in accounting automation and processes. Ideal candidates have 6+ years of experience in F&A function with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with month-end and year-end close and reporting process.
Prepare journal entries for various accounting cycles.
Perform monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
Drive changes in system automation and process streamlining.
Produce individual files for cost allocation and recharge.
Plan and strategize allocations month on month basis.
Assist with ongoing projects as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, CA Inter & MBA Finance in accounting or equivalent.
5+ years of experience in accounting/finance.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel.
