Responsibilities

Responsible for all the commercial aspects of customer billing transactions.

Bid Stage:

Scrutinize tender documents from a commercial perspective
Organize Earnest Money Deposits (EMD)

Execution Stage:

Release orders in SAP and match with Customer PO conditions
Follow up with customers for necessary documents
Generate invoices, tax invoices in SAP

Post Execution:

Support for tax audits/assessments
Organize Project Exports approval

Qualifications

Qualifications required:

Graduate in Commerce
Post Graduate in Commerce or related field
MBA in Finance preferred

Knowledge required:

MS Office - Word, Excel, Powerpoint
SAP

Goods and Services Act
