Job Description

Paytm, India's leading mobile payments and financial services distribution company, is seeking a Sales Team Lead to drive sales enrollments and market expansion in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the Sales enrollments/Sales in the city.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers.
Manage and motivate a team of sales members.
Ensure team members are actively engaging in the market for enrollments and usage.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and contacts.

Qualifications

Graduate or above, Post Graduation preferred.
Prior experience in Channel Sales with a team of 5 members.
Strong understanding of distribution, expansion, and sales metrics.
Excellent networking and communication skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.
