Job Description

Seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee strategic planning and development of human resources initiatives at our plant.

Responsibilities

  • Create annual manpower plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop budget for HR and Administration in-line with plan
  • Review and optimize associate lifecycle processes
  • Manage HR and Administration costs to meet budget
  • Build and maintain positive relations with associates, unions, and local communities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Proven experience in HR management
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
