Job Description

The Associate Manager - Operations will oversee the day-to-day activities of an investment operations/ cash reconciliation team. They will be responsible for implementing and managing investment operations strategies, policies, and procedures within Principal Global Investors' boutique structure.

Responsibilities

Develop, coach, and motivate staff to embrace change, teamwork, efficiency, and results
Provide leadership and direction to the investment operations team
Build partnerships and relationships across the organization
Contribute to strategic planning activities and initiatives
Make sound business decisions and address problems effectively
Perform other job-related duties as requested

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance or equivalent
Minimum 10-12 years of experience in investment/reconciliation operations
Strong attention to detail, stakeholder management, and analytical skills required
