Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team in international Fintech processes such as AML, KYC, Fraud, Payment, Disputes, etc.
Ensure smooth operations in a blended process environment.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a Team Leader in Fintech operations.
Knowledge of voice/non-voice processes.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
