Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and supervise a team of 15-18 representatives
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide training, and enforce policies
  • Create an environment focused on customer satisfaction and business objectives
  • Conduct one-on-ones, staff meetings, and provide coaching/feedback
  • Assist team members with escalation of customer issues and complaints
  • Offer guidance to management team in operational performance
  • Recommend process improvements and ensure optimal resource utilization
  • Assist in project planning and issue identification
  • Participate in interviewing and selection of team members

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of management experience in customer service
