Labcorp is seeking a Lead Digital Designer to collaborate with design, development, and product teams to create user-centered digital products. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in design practices, aligning with brand guidelines and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement design strategies for web, mobile, and email platforms
Lead the design lifecycle from ideation to final delivery
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment
Utilize data-driven insights to inform design decisions
Create wireframes, prototypes, and lead user testing exercises

Qualifications

6+ years of UX Design experience
Strong portfolio in ecommerce digital products
Experience in user testing and prototyping
Front-end development skills a plus
