Job Description

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineering Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Network Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of network engineers and provide technical guidance and support
Design and implement network solutions to meet the bank's business needs
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Ensure network security and compliance with industry standards
Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement new technologies
Develop and maintain network documentation and diagrams
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for network services
Stay updated on industry trends and make recommendations for network improvements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering
Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies
Experience with network design and implementation in a large-scale environment
Experience with network security and compliance
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CCIE are preferred
