Job Description

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in supporting application developers by providing expert guidance on application and infrastructure best practices from a reliability perspective.

Responsibilities

Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of products/applications
Define suitable metrics and setup observability mechanism
Drive a metrics-driven culture and software delivery process
Provide primary operational support and engineering for products/applications
Optimize code, automate operational tasks, and reduce toil
Participate in on-call incidents, if required

Qualifications

5+ years of SRE experience in large programs
Strong experience with Observability tools like New Relic, AppDynamics, etc.
Experience in scripting/development languages like Python, Ruby, Java, etc.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and CICD tooling
Experience with Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google
