Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Executive with a background in freight forwarding or logistics. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between clients, carriers, and internal departments while delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and communicate with shipping lines, transporter, tracking shipment, and customs.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their shipments (import, export, air, and ocean freight).
Proactively monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to clients.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
Prepare and verify shipping documentation (e.g., BLs, commercial invoices, packing lists).
Work closely with operations, sales, and documentation teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Maintain accurate records in CRM or freight management systems.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service within freight forwarding/logistics.
Solid understanding of international shipping processes, Incoterms, and customs procedures.
Familiarity with freight management systems is an advantage.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
