Job Description

Thornton Tomasetti is seeking Billing Coordinators to support the migration from Deltek to Microsoft Dynamics ERP systems. Ideal for someone with billing experience in a professional service environment.

Responsibilities

  • Set up new projects and monitor existing projects in the accounting system.
  • Communicate with Project Managers regarding contract documents, change orders, and other contract modifications.
  • Compile, analyze, & process project bills to clients monthly.
  • Review weekly timesheets and maintain project billing folder.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of billing experience in engineering, architectural, or construction industry.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or similar field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Dynamics software with Government Agency Billing & Audits knowledge preferred.
