Job Description

Sapiens is seeking a Quality Analyst to join their Bangalore team and work on testing complex applications to ensure high quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Design and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues and conduct post-release testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a QA tester
  • Experience with test case creation and execution for various testing types
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Working knowledge of test management software and SQL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Preferably with Life Insurance domain knowledge
