Job Description

Assist Morningstar's Legal operations in the Americas, EMEA, and India with project coordination, contract documentation, fact gathering, and research. This role is not involved in providing legal advice.

Responsibilities

Administer Legal Department's matters and support workflows
Assist with special projects and responsibilities
Review and vet contracts
Coordinate with global Legal Teams
Research various laws

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Law
Experience in legal operations
Strong organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
