State HR Manager

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.
• Ensure timely staffing requirements of the region and new-hire orientation / Induction.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and job portals as needed.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees across entire range of employee relations and organizational matters.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, operational matters and programs aligned with company guidelines and legal requirements.
• Handle employee grievances at lowest TAT, and address disciplinary issues in compliance with HR policies and Labour laws.
• Coordinate learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics related to recruitment, turnover, L&D, and other HR activities.
• Conduct periodic audits to assess HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Conducts exit interviews, analyzes data, and make recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement.
