Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, both technical and non-technical.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand diverse hiring needs and provide strategic support.
Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and prioritize a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
Guide the entire candidate process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiations.
Manage interview logistics and communication with candidates and hiring teams across different time zones.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and streamline recruitment processes.
Collaborate with external sourcing agencies to strategically identify, engage, and acquire top-tier talent, fostering effective partnerships to meet recruitment goals.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
Proven success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
Experience using applicant tracking systems, scheduling tools, and sourcing tools.
Strong negotiation skills for successful offer closures.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Customer-centric focus, prioritizing candidate satisfaction.
Ability to independently contribute to a collaborative team environment.
