Job Description

Exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager in the Forging Industry to lead marketing and business development efforts for Open Die and Closed Die Hammer Forging operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key clients
  • Drive new business initiatives across Automotive, Railways, Defence, and other relevant sectors
  • Understand and promote the capabilities of the forging processes
  • Analyze market trends and customer data to formulate effective business strategies
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams
  • Define and track performance metrics, delivering actionable insights and regular reports to senior leadership
  • Represent the company in industry forums and build long-term relationships with partners and clients

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales
  • Proven experience in Sales/Business Development within the forging industry or with forged components
  • Exposure to business development across sectors such as Automotive, Railways, Defence, and related industries
