Job Description

We are looking for a Manager to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, ensuring quality and productivity targets are met, and developing strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage teams and ensure quality and productivity targets are met
  • Develop strategies for reducing attrition and improving employee satisfaction
  • Conduct performance reviews and appraisals of Agents and Assistant Managers
  • Drive reward and recognition activities on the floor
  • Drive process improvement activities using process excellence methodology
  • Review KPI performance and develop plans for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and information security standards
